How to use the AIM Garden Trio®

AIM Barleylife®

  • Take 1 tbsp (5 g) or 6 caplets (3.5 g) 2 to 3 times per day. You may take more or less depending on your needs. Many people start with 1/2 tsp (1 g) per day and gradually increase their serving every 4 to 5 days.

  • Do not take BarleyLife with cranberry juice, prune juice, carbonated drinks, or warm liquids.

  • Drink BarleyLife immediately after mixing it.

  • Take BarleyLife on an empty stomach: 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

  • Shelf life is 3 years, unopened. Close tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry, dark place (70-75 øF; 20.1- 23.8 øC). Do not refrigerate.

  • You may mix BarleyLife  with other AIM products. Take AIM Herbal Fiberblend 1 hour before or 30 minutes after taking BarleyLife powder.

AIM Just Carrots ®

  • Take 2 tbsp (16 g) per day. Mix with water, juice, or other members of the AIM Garden Trio. Or, take 12 caplets per day. You may take more or less depending on your needs.

  • Drink AIM Just Carrots immediately after mixing it.

  • AIM Just Carrots is best taken on an empty stomach: 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

  • Shelf life is 2 years, unopened. Close tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry, dark place (70-75°F; 20.1- 23.8°C). Do not refrigerate.

  • You may mix AIM Just Carrots with other AIM products. Take AIM Herbal Fiberblend 1 hour before or 30 minutes after taking AIM Just Carrots powder.

AIM RediBeets®

  • Take 1 tsp (4 g) 2 times per day. Mix with water, juice, or other members of the AIM Garden Trio. Or, take 6 caplets per day. You may take more or less depending on your needs.

  • Because beet juice can have a strong effect on some individuals when they use it for the first time (dizziness due to detoxification), it is suggested that you start with half the recommended serving. Do not exceed 2 servings per day without the advice of your health practitioner.

Drink AIM RediBeets immediately after mixing it.

AIM RediBeets is best taken on an empty stomach: 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

Shelf life is 2 years, sealed. Close tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry, dark place (70-75 øF; 20.1-23.8 øC). Do not refrigerate.
